Today, 1 July 2016, the House for Whistleblowers Act (‘Act’) has come into force. The Act obliges employers who employ more than 50 employees to have a whistleblowers’ regulation in place that complies with the Act. Please read our earlier blog post (15 March 2016) for more information.
