Fixed-term contracts sufficiently clear? Notice or termination?
Summary
The end of a fixed-term employment contract is usually linked to a calendar date. It is also possible to link the duration of the employment contract to a specific work or project, provided it can be determined objectively when that work or project will be completed. In addition, the employee must take action within two months if it is clear that the employer wants to terminate the employment contract, according to a recent decision by the Den Bosch Court.
