We are pleased to announce that Tanya van Nieuwstadt has joined CLINT | Littler as Counsel with effect from February 1, 2022. Tanya is a seasoned employment lawyer and has particular experience in complex employment matters such as business restructures, bonus disputes, senior level hires and (collective) dismissals. In addition, Tanya is a true subject matter expert in relation to the legal framework and guidance of sick employees.
Tanya regularly lectures at various employment law seminars and webinars and teaches (postgraduate) courses on a wide variety of employment law related topics.
Prior to joining CLINT I Littler, Tanya worked amongst others with DLA Piper and Van Doorne.
